A couple of weeks ago my niece got a second bout of chicken pox followed by a dreadful cold, then my daughter got the cold, then my grandson and then my husband. Yes you guessed it, now I have the cold but the thing is I don't want the cold because I am going to the FOQ tomorrow. I have been looking forward to this trip for months as I did not go last year so you can imagine my frustration when I awoke yesterday feeling like I had been hit by a truck in the night. I am still looking forward to going, even with the cold because the FOQ is an amazing event. I am also looking forward to sharing all the wonderful photos and purchases with you when I get home.

Poor you, it takes ages to bounce back when you've been poorly sometimes. I hope you have a lovely time at FOQ and bring back some goodies!
I was very interested in your postage stamp block, I saw a quilt somewhere on the the net, which was all made of 1" squares, can you imagine!
hi Kath,I had a great time at the festival of quilts despite the cold. What patience some people have because that postage stamp block drove me mad. Getting all the corners to meet so i could noe envisage make a big quilt of one inch squares. lol x
