Tilda toiletery bag.

I adore Tone Finnagan and Tilda designs I have all her books that are translated into English. I think I mentioned a little while back that my niece Kay is going to Uni in September she is doing a nursing degree. Kay asked me to make her a charm bag so she can carry her toiletries to the bathroom. As you know I made the bag last week so yesterday I thought I would add to it and make her a little cosmetic bag. The pattern comes from Sew Pretty Homestyle. I have slightly adapted the image of the angel. Kay's favourite colour is pink and has even had pink hair on several occasions so I thought I'd make her angel a little pink lady.

Hi Cas oh haven't made any of the bears made a few of the dolls love them. I tried to make the cat but it looked more like a mouse lol. My favourites are the tilda rabbits in the spring time book. xx

Left a comment on Sunday. but it must have got lost! Are you getting your ufo's out of the way before your course starts? The quilt looks good. I also like Tone Finnigans books but I think it's her colours I like as much as anything. Elaine has made a few of her designs up and they all looked good.

Hi Joan oooo dreaded cyber space heheh. Yes I think her use of fresh pastel looks are very pretty. Janet borrowed some of the quilts I'd made from her designs a few weeks back so I had to dig them out and I found tops I'd made that just forgot all about and thought I should really make an effort to finish them. xxx
